A legacy of handcrafted leather artistry
Tomasleather – a place where natural leather blends with careful craftsmanship and a devotion to detail
The first pieces were born of practical need rather than romance
Around the year 2000, I was into historical fencing. My first leather items were born then — armor straps, leather wraps for sword handles, and small fixes. It was functional work rather than art. But it was in those moments that I felt a true connection with the material; leather began to speak its own language to me.

Canada — the place where I realized my hands could do more
During my time in Canada, people learned about my leather skills and encouraged me to start. It wasn't about a hobby; it was a means to earn a living. My first wallet was born in 2013 or 2014. A major breakthrough followed in 2015 when a customer intended to buy just one wallet but ended up buying everything I had in stock once they saw the quality. Right then, I knew my work was my voice. I knew people appreciated it and that I had found my true calling.
What captivates me? Leather. Living, authentic, and breathing
The sensation of the material. The touch. The smell. The grain. And the magic of patina, which gives the leather its own story over the years. It is my way of self-expression. To craft something that will last longer than I do.
My mission is to create things that people truly bond with
Practice was my teacher, not the academy. And that is exactly what set me free
My work is for those who realize that an item can be something more. A wallet is an intimate companion that travels with you through life. It is something to be handed down to future generations with pride. I want my creations to be a piece of someone's history—worthy of being inherited.
I had no mentors; no one was there to tell me the "proper" way. Because of that, my methodology is unique. I almost never use glue. I work according to my own intuition rather than following a manual. Each error was a lesson learned, each item a step toward progress, and every improvement a truth I uncovered on my own.
My process is slow, profound, and uncompromising
I am a reserved master, living a quiet life far from the crowds
I live far from the urban bustle. Silence and solitude serve as my workshop. It was in solitude that my creativity truly accelerated. Progress has become my daily habit. The most important thing to me is that moment a customer opens the box and simply says: "WOW."
I can dedicate up to 80 hours to a single piece. The leather must rest. It must mature. It must be left in peace to take its shape. I am constantly searching for the limit of perfection. Although they say it doesn't exist—I try to find it anyway.
I prefer to stay out of sight; I want my creations to speak for themselves
I want people to trust my products. For them to become a part of their lives. For them to be passed on—as a warm, authentic, living story. This is my path. This is my craft. This is my life.
